M. D. House is in a perfect location in the old city. Right next to the east entrance to the city where the Sunday market takes place. It allows easy access all over Chiang Mai. The MD House is good enough for a stay, two pools, pcs and printer, fridge in the room. The value is average, as there are plenty of nicer places for the same or cheaper. The walls are weirdly dirty, shower spray and pressure pretty much worthless, and wifi is useless on the 2nd floor. Not that bad but cant recommend... More

Room was basic but useful with mini fridge etc... Walls could use a scrubbing and/or paint. Unless your spending all your time in a room, it was ok. Gym is small and basic. The location is good, but apart from that, there are not many positives about this place (maybe just the price). The staff was far from helpful and spoke very little english. Rooms were not very clean (stained sheets and towels).

We loved our stay at MD House. The pool was a bonus, the rooms clean and at a great price. Breakfast wasn't too bad for the price too. There is a nice lady outside the reception where you can book lots of different trips - she's helpful and we found competitive with prices for trips.
