Compared with the hotel we stayed in Nan, this place is grossly overpriced and the rooms are tired and dirty. It is well located and the owners are friendly, but it should be about half this price. There has to be better value in Chiang Mai but sadly we only stayed 2 nights and didn't look.

We only stayed one night but should have stayed longer! The staff was very friendly and helpful even in the evening after check-out (we stored our luggage and they let us use their Internet, books chil-out area!!) we had 4 bottles of water in the fridge, WLAN and a/c worked perfectly! This B&B is reasonably well located in the old city and the rooms are ok if a little faded. There is no restaurant but there are lots nearby. This free wifi. The major disappointment for us was the noisy neighbours returning home drunk and making a lot of noise until 3am.
