Friendly staff, good continental breakfast, lobby not bad but rooms really poor with not even a chair or a closet to put you clothes on. Not really dirty, but not particularly clean too. Far from city center. Cheap, but, seen the average quality of Thai hotels, people can definitely find a better place to stay...
