We stayed here for 3 nights, and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, especially if you are there on Sundays for the night market, which is steps away from the hotel. There are countless food options within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well furnished. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean.

Good and quiet location and the East gate of Chiang Mai old Town. Very close to the busy center street. Friendly staff, good rooms, very clean. The pool is not heated, but is refreshing. Breakfast is average. Would return here.

Located just steps on a back street near the Thapea Gate in the Old city. Nice rooms and furniture. Small pool and off the street good security, room to park moto bike off street. Very friendly staff. Top floor lounge great view of the Mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

We met a very friendly staff who were willing to help us with all sort of reservations including the reservation for our next hotel in another city, the rooms were clean, the location was central, the rooms had good air-condition so all in all a very nice place I definitely can recommend!

Awanahouse can be considered your best choice while visiting Chiang Mai! Perfectly located in the Old City in a quite Soi, all attractions within the Old City can easily be reached by walking. We were recommended to stay here by a friend, who said it 'was great value, clean with friendly welcoming staff'. She wasn't lying I tell you brothers and sisters!
