We stayed her for 2 nights before going to the jungle for 2 nights and returning for one final night. Lovely staff, very pleasant and helpful. Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was average but enough choice. Let us leave luggage safely for 3 days till we returned. Perfect location for food, market, entertainment, and Starbucks! Pool was stunning. Would definatly... More

The best part of Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Boutique Hotel is the location. It is situated right next to night bazaar area. When we first moved into the hotel, our biggest worry was that the sounds in the night will be too loud, due to its proximity to the bazaar. But we didn't face any problems at all. However, the... I have stayed at least 10, times have found to be nice place to stay. However, found room rates have jumped remarkably, now about 1350 baht, breakfast is only so-so.The reason I will not return, they say I did not pay for one night, in fact I always pay in advance, did not get receipt, thought I could trust them,... Stay here for the location. It is bang in the center of the night market. You can shop, drop your shopping bag, go out and shop again. The food is nothing great and anyways if you stay here you are going out to eat. Breakfast is part of the deal. They offer a decent spread but nothing fancy. What is... More

Stayed at this place a number of times, and always been impressed. It is a cheap hotel at 650 Baht, but location wise it is right near Night Market, many eating places around, both Thai and European. This is undergoing renovation, but will be complete soon. Then they will have Breakfast, and Wi-Fi. If you are on a bit of... More

We booked twin rooms on the ground floor for 2 nights. Price THB 600 per night. The Night Bazaar is less than a stone's throw away, it's practically at the doorstep! Chain eateries e.g. McD, Starbucks are all walking distance from the hotel. The eateries around the hotel are very international, which includes halal food. The rooms are clean, beds... More

Great location as previous reviewer has said. Room was very clean and totally unchanged from the photos of Dec 2008 reviewer! Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, and as it had its own small recess, didnt wet the whole bathroom. Two bottles of water were supplied every day, and there was a mini bar. Our main concern was the noisy air... More
