Very friendly and helpful staff but unfortunately level of English rather low. Hilarious moments when ordering breakfast in the room. The room is fine and clean. Bathroom a bit dark and old looking but again clean.

I sent my family to stay this hotel and I did as well. Hotel room is clean, price is reasonable for the location and people over there are friendly English speakers. If you are looking for a hotel in Sukhumvit area, I do recommend staying. It's not a very close walking distance to BTS station, but taking 5 minutes.

Horrible Internet service. Used 3 different systems all had issues with wifi and LAN connection in hotel. Food poor and high priced. Rooms very clean. Walls very thin. The Room Size is Big with nice view of city with all amenities . Swimming pool at 10th floor is also nice with a view of city. but could improve upon food and expand the menu for breakfast , It offers limited and repeated choices ......!!! Also on the size of the portions for food.....

Very clean, spacious and luxurious with a nice bath. Put up here due to a flight delay so only spent a couple of hours, but may return. Comfortable bed, good pillows. Service could be more polite and responsive. Free shuttle bus to the airport every hour.
