Stayed again recently at this great hotel and on wednesdays at the executive floor level they have now introduced at superb outside barbeque.Service by the regular super efficient girls---- Patsaree .tan,gift and APINYA make this a must and of course a very pleasant evening whilst staying at Bangkoks best hotel.

A great place overall... But exceptional in the Executive Lounge. I work extremely long hours and the staff at the E.L. went out of their way everyday to make me as comfortable as possible, as if one were at home.
