For our second stay in BKK, we wanted to be away from the tourist area (as we'd done all of that) but still central and we needed to make our baht stretch. Aravinda was a good choice. The rooms were good value and came with a large fridge and microwave, so we were able to self-cater a little. Washing machine... More

Stayed there this week in a standard Queen bed. First of all, the hotel is about a brisk 10 minute walk from Sukhumvit, and a 15-min walk from Ekkamai BTS. Doing that in April heat (BKK summer) is no fun! You can easily get motorbike taxi from BTS though. Also get a map or business card from the hotel to... More

If you just want a quiet place to hang your hat while you sleep, this works well. Quiet location, 15 minute walk to BTS Ekkamai or Phra Khanong, Gateway shopping centre. Not recommended for first time travellers, but if you are a bit familiar with Bangkok and a bit self reliant, this is a good base. Warning, the beds are"firm"... More

My important tip to all intend to book this place is to print out the location map in advanced, as this property is located within a residential area, with so many small alleys in it, and this place is tucked in one of that small alley. Having arrived in Bangkok after midnight made the search for this property more difficult... More

Situated right in the middle class community of Sukhumvit Bangkok, the condotel's (short for condo-hotel)biggest plus factor is it's location. if you're looking for a place where you can enjoy peace & quiet after a tiring day, Aravinda Living Home is just the perfect place for you. the Prakanong and Ekkamai BTS stations are just a distance away. Able bodied... More

I wish I could give this place a better review, because the people working here are really nice and friendly. However. The room was in very average condition, with black marks on the walls and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The handle on the door was loose and difficult to lock. Even though they advertise themselves as a self-contained living... More

Aravinda Living Home is a great option for those who want affordable accommodation at a great price. As its name suggests, it is as if you are living in your own home. The staff is wonderful, particularly Jenny, a Filipina who speaks fluent English and helpful in my queries. Hope to come back soon.

Stayed here for one night because we had missed our flight, the staff were very courteous and pleasant. They offered every help including fetching a taxi at 3 in the morning the next day. The location is a little in the interior but I would still recommend it.

For budget conscious travelers who want privacy and convenience this place is hard to beat. Rooms are small but clean and extremely well appointed for self contained living. The staff is friendly and courteous. You will find this place, easily located by signs off Soi 65 Sukumvit and not near Soi 75 Sukumvit. It is very handy to BTS Sky... More
