“New GM has made great improvements”

Staying in Lusaka at least 8 weeks each year, my only complaint has been the terrible Internet service. A new GM came on earlier this year and seems to have created a solution to the problem. My first visit to Lusaka. Transport from the airport was fantastic. The driver had ice cold water for us in a cooler. Reception staff were excellent and our check in proceeded very smoothly.
