Not bad. You can tell a lot of work is being put in to the 8th floor bar/restaurant area. It looks good. The food is good too. Drinks are insanely expensive but that's expected in Luanda. Staff is friendly. The rooms (beds specifically) could use a little work but are otherwise not too bad.
