Just another 4 star hotel which has changed many brands.Recently renovated but not enough. City center hotel but far from any activity. Hotel itself does not offer any entertainment. Staff needs more training. I expected much more from a Serena hotel.

Used to love when this was a movenpick for the ice cream - not much has changed since, it is still a nice hotel. The restaurant is very nice inside and the outside buffet restaurant is good ala carte. Front desk service is slow. Wireless did not work in executive room.
