I would recommend Riad Ker Saada. Locating it was a bit of a mini adventure in itself! Cherif was friendly and welcoming, and kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay at Riad Ker Saada again if I were to return to Marrakesh.
