We stayed in Marrakech 5 days all together, with only first 2 booked at Laarouss, but we immedeatelly decided to cancel the other booking and extend the stay there. The ryad is beautifull, with extremely charming styled furniture, very kind and helpful staff. You can book various trips from the reception with very good prices... All together highly recommended!!

We arrived at the ryad after having stayed at two other riads on previous nights. Ryad larrouss is poised distinctively along the main street, which made it "easy to locate". We were impressed by the comfy terrace that provides a pleasant view over the busy streets. But shocked us was our discovery of unclean linen over our quilts, with spots... More

Authentic Riad located in the heart of the Medina in Marrakech. Getting there was a different story as we were dropped off a couple of streets down at night by a cab driver and things are not marked properly, or marked at all. We chose this place as it had direct access from a main road in the medina, so... More

It was very nice Riad and my room with balcony was just perfect. It was spacious, nice furnishings, nice bed and nice environment. Bathroom was large with no direct bathtub but something similar. The only thing I missed there was hot water, it was not exactly cold, but not warm either. Lukewarm so it was a bit of a shame.... More

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Ryad Laarousse and I must say that for what we paid it exceeded my expectations. Both Mohamed and Faisal at the front desk were really helpful and never said no to any request we had. The other members of staff were always cheerful when we came across them. The... More

Let's face it, this part of Marrakesh is not for the faint hearted. This Ryad is a haven in the midst of madness and within 10 minutes of the square. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast is plentiful. Why pay more?

The place is well tasted decorated and clean, but there is a terrible lack of attention from people working there. Our shower was broken and they didn´t mind our claims. Pay attention while paying excursions! The city guide is not included and you will pay extra fees for all visits.

Two bedrooms of Ryad Laârouss suffer of lack of hot water for few days from technical problem. Of course this problem was completely fixed. We feel sorry for this fact but what to more than fix the problem as soon as possible like it was done ? Meanwhile Ryad Laârouss never let down guest in any case and strangely as... More

Nice, clean rooms. Polite staff - some better at english than others, but it seemed that they could all speak a bit french. Ordered air-port pick-up, and out driver was on the spot at the exact agreed upon time and location. Breakfeast a bit so-so: too sugary for my taste, but my boyfriend likes it: fresh orangejuice, small pancakes, moroccan... More

We, two guys, staid here for three nights. Overall it is a really good hotel. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, nice staff, fabulous views from the terrace. However think carefully booking the Hammam. Very small, not very hot and the water had to be brought up in buckets as they run out.. We were washed by an Arab woman which we... More

I stayed here for five nights in January, in the 'darling double room' which was very spacious with a huge bed. I can't find any faults with the room other than it was a little cold, but we were given a thick quilt. The hotel itself was beautiful - a great location in the medina only a fifteen minute walk...
