Firstly I didn't stay here, but did pop in for a drink on my way back from shopping in the souks. Very welcoming atmosphere, seriously cold beer. Promised to call back for dinner but alas we didn't return to the Riad next door to Edwina's place. Certainly would recommend the hospitality.

I stayed at this hostel for several nights and only thing that let it down were the showers and toilets the toilets were pretty cramped and when doors closed they were against your knees I am not a big guy so could imagine this being pretty uncomfortable for anybody larger! also the showers are shared and do not have anywhere... Riad Zitoune is a lovely and unusual building with long, narrow rooms full of lots of natural light. The beds are also unusual -- long, narrow cushions on the floor -- but I slept fine on it. this hostel has most of the basics: comfortable bed, hot showers in the morning, breakfast if you'd like, wi-fi, clean facilities throughout. There is no communal kitchen, and the upstairs terrace is still in the works.
