Different from Western Europe standards, but nice and clean. Low on wardrobe space (room on ground floor). Close to old city centre. Really great Moroccan culture experience for reasonable price on walking distance (10min) from Jemaa el Fna.

It's hard to find and possible only to reach by foot but when you're there you'll find an oasis with friendly french and english speaking staff, clean and functional rooms, breakfast worth the name and a terrasse.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night here, and we found the Riad to be clean and atmospheric. The neighbourhood is perhaps a bit intimidating, and the service was blunt and to-the-point, but that is not something that we particularly care about. Better that than an insincere grin, like you get in some places. The breakfast was tasty and copious,... More

Riad Sidi Mimoune is located in an old non-tourist section of Marrakech’s Medina. It is a vestige of the old city bounded by a hospital and retrofitted palace that is now a swank hotel complex. The quiet neighborhood seemed safe despite its maze of dark alleys. This riad had the same online review rating (well deserved) as the big western... More

I would not recommend staying in this riad to anyone. As a group of 7 women wanting to experience the delights of Marrakech we were completely shocked by the way we were treated by the managing staff. Our door was viciously banged on at 11 pm when lights were out asking for payment, with 2 days left of our stay.... More

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a very enjoyable tiime, the staff were very friendly towards us and helped us with any queireis about excursions or resturants that we had. We had one evening meal in the Riad which was delicious and part of the Hammam package, scrub, massage and dinner for a very... More

Rooms look even better than in the pictures and are really clean, no roblem with hot water. Has a few teraces on the roof with... More

We were a bit worried when our taxi driver from the train station had to keep stopping and asking for directions and then we were dumped at the end of an alleyway and pointed down it. Two people were apparently leading us there but we couldn't be certain. After three turns, with relief, we saw a sign. Once inside we... More

Just back from an unforgettable 4 night stay at Riad Sidi Mimoune in Marrakech. The Riad was fantastic, absolutely beautiful & incredible value for money and it was spotlessly clean. Sidi Mimoune is located in the winding streets of the Medina. We loved the authenticy of the district just a few minutes away from the chaotic souks. The manager arranged... More

I left Marrakech last night, and I am already planning my next trip. The Riad Sidi Mimoune is a perfect oasis in a buzzing, chaotic ,vibrant city. The rooms are beautiful and in typical, colourful Moroccan style. Each room has an en suite bathroom and a comfortable and large bed. All rooms face the inner courtyard and are located on... More
