This hotel is perfectly clean everywhere you go; room, hallways, pool and lobby. After a really great night sleep we enjoyed an awesome hot breakfast in their lobby/lounge area. We ate better there than if we had gone out to eat. A great value. Whenever we are in Ames, this will be our hotel.

We stayed here two nights this week for work. Very convenient to Iowa State campus. Easy to get to. Good restaurants nearby. (Went to Hickory Park and Aunt Maude's - both good.) Staff were very helpful.
