Our 2 BR suite unit had no tv in the 2d suite. Check in was not ready on time. No noise insulation from unit above us. Carpets in clubhouse were dirty. Staff was great except for one of the persons at front desk and one of the consierge people. More

Just checked into Ka 'Eo Kai yesterday. They gave us a first floor unit facing the pool with the ocean in the distance. The unit is dated, although I understand they are in the midst of rennovation.
