Older hotel. Needs work. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was cramped. Air conditioner was efficient and quiet. Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged muffins and bagels. Coffee, juice. I found out later that they don't have a kitchen. Not horrible, just not great.

Stayed here on business for a week. Hotel is ideally placed on Washington Road. Service was good, rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had a nice stay. Only downfall was they no longer use trashbags?!? When staying with a family and a baby in diapers trash bags are a necessity. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Also shares a parking lot with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Can't get much more convenient than that!
