Stay was good for the price paid. Rooms were clean and orderly. There was a pool but didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was okay with some pastries, cereals and coffee. Knowing this is the week of the Masters, we had a pretty good idea that we would be overpaying for a room. Having said that, at least we thought the rooms would be reasonably clean and the coffee somewhat drinkable.....NOT. Personnel were polite but a smile would in fact crack their face. Property was very run down and in great need of update. Rooms reeked of smoke, even though it supposedly was a non smoking room. And ashtray was in the room. Beds are small. Double. Rooms are small. Trash was left around the premises. Breakfast options were poor. Pool was a joke. Best part was the location to Augusta National.

Orange or apple juice needs to be served every morning. Also a hot cereal with sufficiently hot water. We used our oatmeal which we had brought. Water not hot enough.
