I stayed at a number of Augusta hotels during recent business trips and by far the Sheraton is the best quality and value. Unfortunately it is not in the old downtown, but is an easy drive away. It is one of the newest hotels in town and well kept.

pretty much brand new. great showers small bathrooms, fantastic beds and all up dated amenities. resturant pricey bud very good. service is lacking in my opinion. great pillows for a good nights sleep. go to price line to get best pricing. very good work out room with new equipment.
