Overpriced. Didn't even include any free bottled water, as every other hotel, even the most inexpensive we stayed at,,did. Martha's was also the only one which did not have a computer for guests. It was very clean. However, a poor deal compared to others in the area.

Stayed 2 nights @US$60+tax per night, in Marathas Inn annex. It is 300 yards north on Burns Avenue extended, 5 minutes walk to center. Good a/c room, kitchenette, quiet area. Reasonably secure parking by room. Attentive staff.

San Ignacio is very authentic Belize. We stayed here at the Guesthouse in the "first lady" Suite. It was very large, top of the building, great views. Huge balcony w hammocks, city views, chairs. We had an excellent 5 night stay at this friendly and helpful place. Rooms very tidy and clean, excellent value. Reliable tours booked here, all were great. Cave tubing, Tikal and Caracol. Tours had no surprise extra costs. Some noise from street but nothing too late in the evening. Great people.
