Good value in the off season - for $65 BD we got a double/twin room (Room A) on the second floor right on the ocean. Fairly clean and well ventilated (no aircon), warm shower. Basic and practical. Helpful owners. No soap provided or anything fancy like that. Walking distance from water taxi, bars, restaurants etc. Private dock for swimming off.

We spent there a week and we were very satisfied with this place. For the cheap fare we paid we had a spacious room which was entirely cleaned every morning. And we had new towels every morning as well. The shared bathroom was okay. The hotel is well located in the island. The owners are very nice and discrete.

Location was alright, a bit far from town if you did not have a bike. The rooms were pretty clean, mattress was terrible and the fan made tons of noise. they have "normal rooms" and beach huts, all nice and clean, not far from anything (nothing is on Caye Caulker!) tucked away behind the Cemetery. very quiet spot
