Room was very comfortable, clean, in good working order. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. No matter what you needed they could direct you or help you to get. Manager's reception is nice touch after busy day working at satellite office.

We traveled for a lacrosse tournament and the hotel was very accomodating to the team. The breakfast was good, rooms were large and the location was perfect for us. Only complaint was that we were not informed that the pool was not open for the season (mother's day weekend)

Some of the staff was very helpful and polite, but some of them were rude and clearly disgruntled. we had a great time staying here. staff was very helpful and nice. just a mile or two from encore amphitheater which is why we were in town. also very pleased with the breakfast. will definitely stay here when we are back in town.

This hotel is located close to restaurants, the interstate, the mall and the hospital. Evening reception saves money. Homewood Suites by Hilton offer breakfast and dinner (at manager's reception on business days).

I stayed here last week and noticed that some of the staff were not as inviting as I've come to expect from Hilton properties compared to what I have experienced at most Homewood Suites. Also had a light out in my bathroom that apparently went unnoticed by housekeeping since for two days they never had it repaired. Makes me wonder... More
