Thought this was great value. However, there were issues: 1) No plugins by bed for phone, laptop, etc 2) Heat/AC extremely loud. Had to turn off to sleep. 3) Pool was ice cold. Also, worms in bottom of pool. 4) Old style bathtub/ shower combo. Not much tread for slip/fall prevention.

The amenities are the best part. They include a small but clean fitness center, pool, and lounging area. The breakfast is good that included breakfast sandwiches, fruit and the continental standard. My only complaints and the reason I didn't rate above average was because the satellite tv was continuously in and out every 5 minutes and the toilet ran.

Had a wonderful first experience with the Hyatt Place chain. A bit of a drive from the downtown Atlanta, but a great location for my needs. Spacious rooms, free parking, free breakfast, free WIFI, super comfortable beds.
