“Billing Errors - Lots of Noise - Incompetent Management Team”

I've stayed at dozens of Embassy Suites including previously earning Hilton Diamond status. I made the mistake of reserving multiple rooms at this hotel for an adult family reunion. Honestly this is a nice hotel with pleasant staff, however... Be warned that my AC unit, which has the return in the bedroom ( brilliant!) squeaked squealed most of the night if/when I had it on high and cold. “Love this place!”

I've stayed here at least a dozen times! The hotel accommodations are comfortable and inviting. The breakfast is top notch and you can't beat a free happy hour! The location is great too. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around. I love staying at this hotel.

It has always been our policy to replenish toiletries as needed as well as change sheets per the guests' direction.
