“Best Hotel Stay”

My overall time in this hotel was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The warm greeting and great service was outstanding. Friendly and helpfully staff members. I know definitely for business and pleasure.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Greatl location in downtown Albany, Ga accross from Ray Charles Plaza. Staff was very accomodative in all aspects. This was my second stay in a Hilton Garden Inn and I would reccomend it highly to travelers.

“Beautiful Place”

Great staff, very clean and comfy. Kids enjoyed pool. Nice to be able to walk around the park area/river. Would recommend & stay again. Borrowed us plates/forks for daughter's B-day cake. Love the real cups and glasses in rooms!!!

We stayed at this property for a convention and had a very nice king bed room with refrigerator and microwave. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very attentive. This HGI is located in a pretty great spot that is central to all the downtown activities in Albany. Easily within walking distance to some of the restaurants in downtown. “Comfy and clean bed.”

I got in early after driving all night and was very tired and hungry. The front desk staff was superb in checking me in and putting me in a room right away (at 10:00 a.m.!) “Best downtown Albany accommodations”

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Enjoyed a great breakfast cooked to order. The only negative was that the pillows were not at all supportive, so be sure to ask for better pillows if you're not satisfied.

Best Check in experience I have ever had. Staff was very friendly and helpful and attended our every need. They went out of their way to make our stay an excellent experience. Rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. Highly recommend this Hotel.
