I came here with my girlfriend for her family reunion. I enjoyed the room, though there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. It was spacious and clean though. The service at the front desk was very good. The room attendants were very attentive and caring. I would recommend this hotel if you happen to pass through Albany, GA. More

when I clicked "Get Rates" I noticed that courtyard.com and another site came up NOT WITH Fairfield Inn but with the Courtyard which is nearby and at least one star less in reviews and quality. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a poor experience. However, the new customer experience manager contacted me soon afterwards and seemed really apologetic and gave me a partial refund so I do believe that they will be better in the future. More
