Our stay was wonderful. We stayed in room 303 which was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The room is a good size and the location is unbeatable. just a few steps to the hub of town. The breakfast is a little ordinary but there are plenty of great cafe's to choose from if you want something more substantial. The only... More

Great hotel, friendly staff, continental breakfast included, wifi in room. The closeness to the lift is the best feature. Our room is spacious. They do a wine and cheese night over the weekend, great way to meet the other guests. Have stayed here 4 times.

At 2:30 a.m. someone outside yelling/ singing Happy Birthday to you on the street; at 3:30 a.m. the street cleaner started cleaning; at 4:30 a.m. the street cleaner returned to clean more of the street, instead of doing it all at 2:30 a.m.; the windows had no screens so the windows could not remain open; the A/C filter was red-lighted... We feel terrible that you did not enjoy your stay. Since we are located in the pedestrian mall, right by most of Aspen's attractions, sometimes ouside sounds can be heard at the hotel. Thank you for bringing up the street cleaning issue. We have investigated with the City of Aspen, since two street cleanings at night sounds unusual. We appreciate... More

Our son booked this place for us. It is right in the heart of downtown Aspen! Just two short blocks from the gondola ride up the mountain. This was our first time in Aspen in the summer - sooo much to do!! This hotel was clean, friendly, convienently located and cost friendly. We left our windows open and it was... More

I found this on VRBO and stayed in July '12. LOVED it. Nice size room with microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, flat screen tv, etc. Continental breakfast each morning and passes to the Aspen Club. It is pricey, but it is great. Walk anywhere in town. Comfortable bed too!

My husband and I stay here every year during our annual ski trip to Aspen. We think it's the best hotel for the price and the location can't be beat! We love going out to eat and getting drinks every night after a day of skiing and it's nice that we can just walk out the door to any of... More

Stayed here during the Food & Wine Classic and was very happy with my decision. It's super close to Wagner Park, as well as all the shops and restaurants. Also only 2-3 blocks from the Little Nell and ski lift. My room was small but very cozy and well-appointed. The bed was soft and had lots of good pillows. Views... More

Location is hard to beat right in the middle of the action. Room 203 was nicely furnished and had lots of windows. The roof top hot tub has fantastic views. This is not so much a B&B as it is a boutique hotel. Our premium room (303) was on the third floor, had a queen bed, big sitting area, wet bar with microwave and a large washroom. My husband and I went to Aspen on the spur of the moment. It was cheaper to fly into Denver and then fly on to Aspen, than to rent a car in Denver and drive. There was no shuttle to the hotel, however, we caught the free bus outside of the airport and were at our hotel in 8 minutes!... More
