our reservations were made blindly, having never been to aspen. the whole experience was fantastic! the staff was accommodating, even before we arrived. once settled, we were very comfortable - feeling very much at home for the weekend. our privacy was respected, and breakfast and apres ski were great additions to the weekend. would definitely stay again! thanks for playing...

Nice boutique hotel. The room itself has a modern feel. It was very clean and spacious. We had a jacuzzi room on the third floor. We used it every night and with wonderful views of all the mountains. It was super romantic and the staff were very quick with every request (not that we had a lot of them )...

The place was perfect of our ski trip. We had a jacuzzi suite and enjoyed every morning looking up at aspen mtn. A hot breakfast was included every morning in their comfortable dining lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm with a mini kitchen.
The hotel is right on the bus line. Seriously.....20 steps...

We spent two nights here this fall. The staff is friendly and helpful with info on food, hiking, activities,etc. They remember your name, accomodate your needs. I love the remodel--it has a contemporary feel and as others have said, the beds are great. Michael at the front desk is a doll!
