Friendly staff, very helpful! Anissa was absolutely the best from making dinner suggestions to accommodating our decision to stay another night. We were sad we didn't get to say goodbye to her as she was fantastic :)

The room was phenomenal, great view, jacuzzi, bed, room accents, etc. Great view, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Cookies were fresh and tasty (Otis Spunkmeyer). Only minor nit, for the Ocean View Suite there were some beach flies buzzing around on the porch (bought some Raid and took care of them). Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 days , the Staff were very friendly and waived the $200 room deposit after a debacle with the Catalina Flyer not running and not getting a refund . Would have liked some cheese and ham with bagels at breakfast but this a wonderful hotel with great views location and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended.
