We flew Ryanair to Budapest getting to City Hotel Harsfa Utca at lunch time. The rooms are spacious with kitchenette ensuite fridge etc. fabulous.location great for getting anywhere. This is on the Pest side of the city. Hop on hop off buses and river trips included, these are in abundance.

Three friends and I visited Budapest mid April, and stayed at the City Hotel in Budapest. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the Jewish Quarter, where all the bars and restaurants are, and only a 10 minute (1 tram stop) walk away from the City Centre. The hotel itself was pleasant, with a good... More

Our room was spacious with fridge, microwave and kettle. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you started for the day. Reception staff were helpful. Hotel is in a quiet side street but within a short walk to bars, money exchange, restaurants & small shops. Access to hop on/hop off buses, trams & metro all within easy reach. It is... More

No pretence hotel. Big rooms with kitchen to cook if you're that way inclined. Breakfasts were excellent. Clean although rooms a little old. We had no Air-con even though late thirties/early forties when we were there. Fan in room kept us cool at night. We found piles of restaurants 5 minutes walk away - just below Oktogan. Portions in restaurants... More

This hotel sells itself as a 4-star which it is not. It is at most an acceptable hostel. In fact, I have stayed at a better hostels. The rooms are dated with old connections to washing machines and air conditioners that don't exist. There is no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower. Our shower leaked onto the floor. No... This apartment hotel is located on a quiet street, but very close to many tourist attractions. The hotel has an underground parking, so the car can be left there, however there is a public garage next to the hotel, too (but we did not try it). The room was a very spacious studio with fully equipped kitchenette, a nice bathroom,... More

The hotel is located on a quiet street, but when you turn around the corner,it's a ten-minute walk to Oktogon. You can also catch the tram to the places you'd like to see easily. The room was very clean, which was another wonderful aspect. As for the internet connection,I needed a cord since wifi was problematic, but the receptionists helped me put with that. The staff is... Very nice hotel. Located on a quiet street. The breakfast was okay at first, but got tiring after two days of it. The selection was always the same, and there wasn't a whole lot to choose from. The receptionist were very helpful, and all of them spoke okay English, not great. We had a hard time getting through to them... More

Located more or less midway between Nyugati and Keleti railway stations. Off the main street of Korut Terez or Korut Erszebet in Harsfa street and served by trams 4 and 6. I had a large room on the first floor with two single beds put together to form a double. Room had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hotplate and sink,... More

To my surprise, I arrived in a complete apartment, with two bedrooms, double bathrooms, kitchenette, ... . I regretted that I could only stay one night. I really appreciated the cleanlyness, the hospitality and the location of this hotel. Thank you answering professionally to my personal needs. Lode
