“Short stay. Good value”

A great location for the price. The only gripe I have is that the bed pillows were naff like poor cushions. The service was friendly. Breakfast a little chaotic in such a tight space. You can walk to a few good bars and eateries that are well priced as you are away from the hubbub. I would go again.

“Nice view...”

Very nice view even if it is not necessary the best Danube's bank... Breakfast can become a real nightmare if you arrive the same time as a group of tourists... but this is everywhere the same in Budapest... the counterpart of a very nice city...

“Really nice hotel”

This is a nice hotel which is situated in a quiet part of Buda. Room we had was large and very tidy. Shower was separate from the toilet. Breakfast was very good with a very wide selection to suit all tastes. Bar was more expensive than bars in the town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for visiting... More

Room was available much before check-in time. Courteous, cheerful service. Excellent location. bI would recommend it to others. Walking distance to many locations. Apple computers were much appreciated.

“great choice for us”

We would definitly go back to this hotel if we go back to Budapest, heres why: Price - great value. We paid 75 pounds a night for 3 night bed and breakfast in what they called a superior room. “Good hotel”

Very clean hotel,nice and helpful staff ,good location(metro is 5 min walk) The parking opposite to the hotel is not safe(near the Danube),someone broke our car and tried to still it.Budapest is not as safe as it seems!!!

“Great view of Danube river”

Service is superb, location wow. Room spacious with coffee facilities. Was able to walk to Mammut mall and back without a problem. Wireless internet free. So far so good. Still have 6 more days to stay at this hotel.

“Recommended”

Hotel close to (5 min. walk) to bus/metro/tram station. Even the ferry stops at this station. Perfect location and quiet. A beautiful walk to Pest (25 min). “Compact modern hotel, conveniently located”

We stayed in a Superior Double Room. This included a double bed and a double sofa bed for the kids. However most of the time the kids were staying with relatives so did not use the room much. “Lovely Hotel!”

My friend and i spent 4 nights at the Novotel Danube on our first trip to Budapest. We could not fault anything! The room we had was perfect for our needs, clean,spacious and comfortable. Tea/coffee facillities were provided and much appreciated especially after a long days travelling. Toiletries provided and really comfortable beds with extra pillows should they be needed.... More
