Before booking, I read all the reviews and found all of them quite helpful!. The end of the line for bus 175 from the airport drops you off within walking distance of the hotel. One thing I have discovered is that backpacking it certainly makes stairs alot easier :). The hotel located on the square is a perfect location for... More

The location is excellent. Bus 175 takes you nicely almost as near as the taxi. You can buy the tickets at the airport kiosk. Chopin room was to very large but large enough and pretty and had a nice view to the square. The bathroom was modern and clean. everything worked well. There was a minibar and the TV had... More

Excellent locations, small, but cosy rooms, good personnel. 2 things I didn't like were stairs to the 3rd floor without elevators and breakfast, which wasn't included in the room rate More

a most beautiful, full of character room, especially for those in a romantic mood. large and spacious, with a beautiful wood-carving old bed, we felt like king and queen! excellent location for touring the old city. great restaurants near by. welcoming staff, good shower, good breakfast, and the winning combination of a small, friendly, boutique-like atmosphere with a large chain-hotel's... The hotel is right in the castle square, in the old town. The location is perfect, you couldn't ask more. The entrance is just a small door with a bell, but after 1 store stairs you enter in a cozy reception. The room was nice, with a huge, originally decorated bathroom. Every room has a different style and design. Though... More

We booked on their website and took advantage of two season offers which gave us bubbly wine & cake on arrival plus breakfast included, all for lower price than their regular onine prices. We had a deluxe room on the 1st (reception) floor. A very large room with a big red round bed - yes a first time for everything!... More

We were fortunate to get a room which overlooked all of the activities on the square of the old city. The Hotel appears to have been rennovated in the period style and generally comes up well. The room that we had was sufficient. There are no lifts but there is assistance with your bags to get them up the stairs.... More

The Castle Inn is small and quaint with a "B&B" feeling. The young staff is fluent in English and very helpful. There is no elevator which can be a problem for older people. Also, you have to drag your suitcases across Castle Square when arriving & leaving, as the taxi cannot drive to the hotel. The decor of the rooms... More

Check-in was really quick as well as check-out. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and designed in many different styles by local interior designers. I must say that rooms` decor is not for everyone's taste because they are quite unconventional and unusual. I felt like I am in a real castle during our stay because it... More

Stayed one night at The Castle Inn and would have loved to stay more. We had the Magritte and the Twenties rooms and they were perfect--especially the view from the Twenties room. Such charm and character, without missing out on any modern amenities. Our luggage had been lost and the staff were so helpful in making calls and trying to... More
