“Personal, friendly and old-fashioned hotel”

The hotel beer and cafe garden is the gem of he place. Nice to sit there. Central localtion in very old town. Difficult with parking, needed to walk a mile. Staff very friendly, felt like family. Not one room seemed to look like the other. We got it for a bargain price, but was top vaule.

We were booked into the Awo on a photographic tour. The layout is unusual, with reception inside a courtyard and the room accessed by staircases opening off the passageway into the same courtyard. The rooms are comfortable if homely. I was a bit shocked to find no curtains on my room, but I failed to notice the roller blind! Food... More

Hotel Awo doesn't look like much from the street, but it is a hidden gem. Nice, large, clean and inexpensive room. Very friendly and accommodating staff--and without doubt the best breakfast in Poland.
