The staff are fantastic, they organise all the day trips for you and there is a bar where everyone hangs out and parties. It's not in old town, but close the jewish district and a five minute walk into old town

Spent a week there. The location is great (between Schindler's factory, Kazimierz, plac Nowy and Old Town), Breakfast included in the price, bed sheets included, free laundry, free locker, free coffee and tea all day, just as bread. Very friendly staff and clean hostel. Not a fan of the communal bathrooms though. Only four beds to the room which was great. The location was ok, a 15 min walk into the centre of town, or a tram ride away. Left like a safe neighbourhood. The receptionist was super friendly and very helpful with directions and activities in Krakow.
