My wife and I spent two nights in the middle of January and would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. The room was large, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was typically continental and fresh. Free complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and its pleasant staff. More

Just back home from 3 nights at cracowdays. What a great place to stay. Stayed in a superior room. Let us check in at 10.30 in the morning, arranged taxi pick up at airport, and tickets for Auschwitz and the salt mines. Lovely quiet location only 10 minutes walk from the market square.
