Been here on the 2 occasions we have visited Krakow. Great service, very accomodating, keeping our luggage safe for a late flight home. Bedrooms are great, the location fantastic and breakfast sets you up for the day. Cannot fault it and have recommended it to plenty of friends and colleagues.

Booked a deluxe double for 3 nights. Firstly worth shopping around and getting quotes from various sites (i.e. expedia, hotels.com etc) as difference in price was significant.
