Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel is very nice, with stylish decor, thought out to the smallest detail, with antiques. Room was clean and cozy, with a nice view. The staff was attentive. I was able to check in without a reservation, they offered a spare room, which was great. I really liked the breakfast, a large selection of food and drinks, everything was fresh. A big advantage is that it is close to the railway station.

This hotel is conveniently located, and although not completely updated, is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom and shower. Room (2nd Flr.) was quiet in spite of being next to a popular microbrewery and also having a tango club in the basement. The breakfast was meticulous, perfect European breakfast. Restaurant is very elegant for lunch or dinner.

Got a really high quality piece of meat from cow, which was served on a steaming hot stone. You had to cut the meat into small pieces and grill it in butter on the very hot stone. SUPERB. Served with potatoes and saurkraut. Really, really tasty.

I travelled on my own from England to have laser eye surgery and I stayed in this hotel. For what I paid I was very happy, nice staff especially lady on reception, waitress in restaurant and the maid who was very chatty and friendly, everyone spoke good basic English. I would recommend as you feel welcome, safe, warm. It is very clean and nearby to a massive shopping mall and lots of cafes and coffee shops. The breakfast was very fresh and the coffee was delicious.

There is really everything on the menu here. The style is polish/international. Portions huge, but delicious. Every time we have been here we have been satisfied. Prices are very reasonable as well. And the service perfect. We have not had a room in the hotel, so we cannot tell the quality of these. But the restaurant is highly recommended.

Good located a nice hotel with everything what you need for short staying. Well-disigned and clean interior. Gourmet breakfast, where everybody will find something likeable. One thing to improve: soundproof windows - our room had a windows in front of the fans which where working all the time, doing noise... Apart from it I would recommend this hotel.

Location is good as a short taxi tour to famous shopping centers, room is spacious enough for a couple, cleaned, brakfast is ok to get going the day. "Stary" Restaurant in the hotel is very decorated with antique stuff so was very cozy. Also the Pub is a nice spot to enjoy a drink. We also like the DJ.

on my second visit to this town,i opted for a non-corporate hotel.i had a spacious room on the 3rd floor.everything worked and i slept well.all was as it should be.it is situated near the Novotel/Ibis ,which i used as my landmark in this untouristy, working ,spread out city.Breakfast was the usual ,ample ,tasty buffet.Served by a single very busy but friendly waitress.the single most unusual, nay unique aspect was the seating arrangement.large tables or alcoves ,seating up to perhaps 8 total strangers, with whom one is required to eat breakfast.not a particular hardship but i've never experienced such an arrangement before.daily arrivals of danish coachtrippers also added a different atmosphere, who like me,took their coffees to the outside tables to enjoy the morning sunshine and the small tree filled square directly opposite.i recommend this place for a moderately priced tourist stop for a short break to szczecin.the 'old town' was approx 15/20 stroll away.

If you are not so fan of international chain hotels where you‘ve got the same ambience, either in Europe, Asia or Africa, Hotel Victoria can be a good choice – it has a polish ambience probably a little dated in time; some furniture elements still remember us the communism time which in my opinion is good because it made part of the country’s History and one should not simple erase it. Very close to bus and train terminals. Good price/quality rate. Good breakfast. Very frendly staff.
