Excellent food, rooms are clean and tidy, staff are excellent work hard and are always polite, most speak very good Englsih would highly recomend, great location for many of the main sites in Gdansk not far from the airport be good for a long week end break.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Poland. It's in a really convenient location for the old town, it's always spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you could need, and the staff are always really helpful and polite. I have never had anything less than a great stay here. Recommended!

We stayed for three nights in the hotel. Our room and bathroom rather were 4-stars and thus overrated the three stars of the hotel, both rooms were clean, modern and in an excellent condition. I was very happy with that stay. The breakfast being included in the good price is a big plus. Very good and friendly service too. I like all the facilities, even small touches such as xbox in the lounge for kids to play. Or free donuts on the Fat Thursday day in Poland. All appreciated.

I was in Novotel Gdansk in march'12. I spent two nights there. My room was clean and service was good, but it could be better. The hotel is not so expensive and is situated in a perfect location - these are the main advantages.
