“Living at the Castle”

Hotel is located in the centre of Velka Bystrice, village near Olomouc and is a good starting point for bike tours in the area. The hotel name means "Castle", but you wont probably feel like a Lord there...at least the room we stayed at was very basic (maybe a "Peasant" one). “Information on-line intentionally misleading”

We found Zamek Hotel on the Tripadvisor web page and made a reservation for 1 night. The photos / information indicated a lovely hotel in a small village setting only 6 k. from Olomouc. When we arrived the paint was pealing off the front of the hotel. The fountain was dry and cracking. The room was clean, but clearly everything... More
