Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We rented one of the apartments with a kitchen, it was very comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. It is very central located and you can get everywhere by walk. Close to cafes and restaurants. When staying here, you have discounylt at their cafe and they have a great coffee downstairs. Also I must underline how sweet, helpful and professional the staff was. There are some strict rules about driving in the old town, so maybe you should leave your car outside to avoid a fine. We got all the informations about where to leave our car and it was just a few minutes walk.

A fantastic hostel in the centre of Brno surrounded by major sights and brilliant restaurants. We stayed in a private room which was very spacious with a small kitchen equipped with fridge, hob and kettle. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with towels provided. We didn’t try the breakfast or coffee downstairs but I think they offer a 20% discount for users of the hostel.

It is classified as a hostel because it has a 6-bed rooms. It was beyond my expectations because I was expecting a typical hostel. The room that I was put in was quite pretty and has a very nice attached bathroom with a bath. Hostels don't have baths. This place as a close resemblance to an Wnglish style bed-breakfast accommodation. It has a coffee shop downstairs. The kitchen is on the fourth floor and so lovely. The staff are all (I met three of them, the receptionist, supervisor and housekeeper-all ladies) very accommodating and friendly. I would come back to Brno and stay there again.

A very nice hotel. We booked one of the apartments - were surprised with comfort and such good service. Had all we needed, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. All clean and fresh. Recommend this hotel.

It's not Prague, but they already think tourists are crap. They also treat their appartment visitors as if you were just buying a bed in a dormitory and if you were 15.Better go somewhere they will respect your money and business.

A group of four pensioners on bicycle, we arrived after a sweaty ride up and down hill. The first impression of the hostel, with its red neon light sign and narrow entrance, was far from what it turned out to be. We had two rooms for the group, both well equipped, with washing machine in one. It was clean and neat and a good place to rearrange your wardrobe for the road. There was no breakfast, but that was not a problem, there was a good shop nearby.

We booked the Mucha room for the weekend. Although conveniently located, Panska is a busy street and the construction nearby didn't enhance our experience. We did not flag the noise with staff, but a heads up on the construction would've been nice. Ear plugs were provided in the room. Because of the warm temperature, the windows were open. There was a fan provided to circulate air. Bedding, particularly the pillows, was substandard, and in combination with the noise, did not result in a good night's sleep. In hindsight, we would've paid a bit more for a comfortable night's sleep. If one were highly intoxicated, the bedding and noise probably wouldn't have been a bother.

We spent 2 nights in the room "Jurkovic". It was a well-equipped room with a very nice balcony overlooking the main sights of Brno. Very kind staff who fulfilled our extra wish to order us a birthday cake. Excellent price/value ratio. However, the room fan was in a poor condition when we were there (replaced since then as far as I know) and there were absolutlely no curtains on the large windows. I would rate our stay there 10/9.
