This is the BEST location for sightseeing!! You can practically throw a stone at the Charles Bridge :-) The hotel is located on Kampa Island underneath the bridge, so you can wake up early, walk about 30 yards to get on the bridge to capture some amazing photos before the bridge gets overrun with busy crowds. You'll be so close... More

I booked three rooms here for a Family and Friends get together. We had a triple room , a very small two twin bed room and a large double bed room ( I think they were rooms 2, 3 and 5) The location is perfect although if you are looking for absolute quiet during the day there was a street... More

My wife and I were visiting Prague for the first time and were extremely fortunate to find U Zlatych Nuzek. Prague is a walking city, and I could have stood in front of the inn and thrown a baseball and hit the Charles Bridge, which is the center of the city. This quaint inn is very clean, and our room... Easy walking distance to all sights. Small quaint hotel, very clean, lovely rooms overlooking the square and the Charles Bridge. Bathroom huge, bedroom with lots of light. We did have a problem though, at one in the morning they clean the square, like, empty rubbish bins, clean up the foliage etc and they do make a lot of noise. For... More

What a gem of a hotel - our stay there was great in every way. 1. Location: Right by Charles Bridge and short walking distance to all of old Prague's wonderful sights, yet on the quiet little area of Kampa island. Hotel is located on a pedestrian-only zone with several very good restaurants and shops close by. 2. Hotel: U... More

At the Golden Scissors is an ideal location -- literally under the middle of the famous Charles Bridge, on a quiet "island" (really a small area with a canal on one side and the river on the other) called Na Kampa. This lovely little inn has a quiet, restful atmosphere while being an easy walk from the spectacular sights of... More

I've stayed here a few times and like it because of its excellent location next to the bridge and just across the river from the main old city. It's very close to all the action, but is relatively quiet. Just step out of the hotel and you're on the Charles Bridge in under a minute, it's pretty hard to beat... More

We really enjoyed staying here in Prague this last weekend. Daniel was exceptional with service...all the way to booking child-friendly theater for us, which we enjoyed, though we didn't understand a word of it!! The location is fantastic & the food at the hotel is excellent. Our only bad experience in Prague was the rip-off taxi from the train station...but... More

I stayed here while in Prague on business. My room was a double room overlooking the main entrance. It was very spacious with a full closet, couch, chair, bar table and double bed. The bathroom was huge with a full tub, stand up shower and his/her sinks. The hotel staff were especially helpful in helping me navigate the city. They... More

This spring my family and I went to Prague for six days. We decided to stay in «U Zlatych nuzek », and we booked the biggest room on the last floor. The hotel is situated very suitable for walks, because it is just near the Charles Bridge on the Kampa island. It is also famous because of the Prague legends... More
