We spent recently three nights at this hotel. Receptionists are very friendly, very helpful and efficient. The room was exquisitely furnished (if you like faux art déco), with all creature comforts, and very quiet. The restaurant decoration is totally pre-WWI (1913, I believe), deliciously removed from modern non-descript chain hotels, public areas and even the elevators are modeled in the... More

I stayed at this Historical hotel in January and found it to be pretty close to perfect. Very opulent and drenched in history and culture. The lobby is gorgeous, and the cafe restaurant Imperial served top quality food, the service was excellent and the decor was second to none, it felt like dining in a museum/art gallery! The location was... More

We spent three nights at this hotel in April 2011, in twin accommodation. Fabulous location within walking distance of the Old, Lesser and New towns of Prague. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean rooms. Restaurant was excellent, great food, friendly service. great breakfast buffet. This was our second stop in a ten week holiday in Europe, staying in some very... More

Excellent hotel in a good location very close to Prague old town (5 min walk), the staff were very friendly, room spotless and the breakfast choice included in our very reasonably rate was superb. We also enjoyed a really good dinner in the art deco restuarant. I would certainly use this hotel again and thoroughly recommend it. More

Just returned from a long weekend in Prague staying at this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Room fine but not big (502). No fanastic views from this hotel (ours was 'courtyard' - nothing to see) but great base to explore and within short walking distance from some good restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good with great choice. Taxi from airport... More

Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your recent experience. I would perhaps recommend to book with hotel directly next time, which would give you a bigger opportunity to communicate your expectations on room-view and other requirements you may have! Courtyard rooms may not have the best view but are very quiet. More

We had a very pleasant stay at this well placed hotel, we had a comfortable & clean room, good breakfast and great pillows! The only minor disappointment for a 5 star hotel is the lack of free wifi anywhere in the hotel, although there are 2 computers in reception area that were never occupied on the very few occasions we... Thank you for your review and I am glad we made a good base for your city venture! Our location gives an easy access to all major sights. Why not hop on and off the tram to see as much as possible? The concierge will help you get around. More

Our stay was not just an overnight, it was such an experience! We absolutely loved it. The Art Deco has everything you expect, but more than anything it has a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel Café is permanently busy; I would see locals waiting in line to get a table. We had to make our table reservation 3 days in advance... More
