it is a nice hotel to stay, rather close to the Old City, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are rather big and comfortable. The only disadvantage is cleaning, our room was put in order only once, in the first day, after that nobody even touched beds and there was constant lack of soap and shampoo.

A pleasant walk to the town past some much better looking "deco" inspired hotels. This hotel is decorated in a depressing old style.I don't like holidaying in old run-down hotels . Breakfast was very plain also. We booked through Qantas and very disappointed.

We came back last Monday from a 3 night break. A great hotel, positioned well, short walk from the city highlights. Florence tube station only short walk away.Breakfast buffet was good. Room was very large for a budget hotel.Staff very friendly.

dont have any negative things to say about this hotel. 3 star, well cleaned, friendly/helpful staff, great breakfast, free internet. have to say, for the price i paid i was expecting worse. walking distance from many atractions and 200m from tube station. would go back for sure. ;)
