Our room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and sheets (sheets not sure if they were changed everyday, but that's ok.). The room had a balcony and you could open the doors wide open for some fresh air, good working fan and also an airconditioning, but although it was july and very hot outside, just the fan was alright and... We stayed at Rom for a couple of nights recently, a small but perfectly adequate room that was spotlessly clean and had a balcony overlooking the front. The family who run the hotel are very helpful and friendly, they really do make the place. There's a bar and a restaurant.

Very close to the bus stop. It is very close to market, information centre and also the beach. Very friendly staff. The room and sheets were very clean. They provided me a free map and he even helped me finding a nearest scuba diving spot. I would suggest people to stay here.

I couldn't imagine better place to stay..especially in this price. There's a family atmosphere and everybody is so helpful. Felt like home :) And the breakefst was delighted. You have to stay there when you're in Roses!

We found a quadruple room at this hostal, for a good price. We knew there would be no AC, but found the room quite warm, even with the fan on (perhaps due to the limited space with the extra beds). Breakfast was good and filling. Good location, close to the beach and restaurants. Free wifi a plus

This is a friendly family-run hostal. The son speaks good English. Only 55 euros (I think) for the room and breakfast, and the dinner was only 11-12 euros for three courses plus wine and quite a bit of choice. Very clean, and we didn't need air conditioning when we were there, as it was cool at night, and we didn't... More

Roses and the hostal were an excellent place to relax for some days after some heavy city hopping, the property is just a minute from the sea, well located in the town center and had all we needed for a fair price: a basic but very clean room with a good bed, a nice little balcony, our own bathroom and... We thank our guests for the nice comments we have been receiving, but with this reply we want to ensure that our negative things are listed as well in order to avoid disappointments from future guests: we have no TV or AC in our rooms and our property is well kept but over 50 years old (its design is therefore... we went there last september when we expected the region to be less crowded than august but it took us some time to find a place to sleep, luckily we did very well, the hostel was located right in the center and just 1 minute from the beach, had a parking and free WIFI which was important to us (and...
