Stayed here for a couple of days when in the region. Considering the price, we were expecting better. The following were issues that we noticed; Shower floor is dangerous, as tiles when wet and soapy are extremely slippery (no hand rail or floor mat). “Comfy in Clare!”

Very enjoyable stay with my family while attending a conference. Staff helpful and friendly and the restaurant food was excellent. The grounds and the lake were ideal for a walk in the sun and the trip to Wilson's vineyard topped off an enjoyable weekend!

“Lovely place for a getaway”

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was clean, spacious and overlooked the golfcourse. Being able to have the windows leading to the balcony open at night was lovely on warmer evenings. I really enjoyed my stay at the Country Club. The rooms are comfortable. I had a nice view of the lake, which was great at sunset. It was a hot day, so a swim in the pool before dinner was just the ticket.
