We decided to spend a couple of days in the Blue Mountains as a last minute thing so effectively stumbled upon this fantastic bed and breakfast in Leura. Cherril was a superb host, very friendly, full of tips of how to get the most from our couple of days and gave us a honest review of places to eat in... More

We stayed one night for our anniversary on a Sunday night. Cherrill gave such excellent service, even offering a glass of port before bedtime. What a nice lady! Spa Bedroom was quite large & the house is so well maintained. Very large spa bath & comfy 4 poster bed. Very close to Leura shops, we walked to dinner at Silks.... More

Thankyou Cherril for making our stay so lovely.Your home is a real home from home, you were so kind when you realised we were a bit cool and put the heating on to warm us. Your home is in a nice quiet area of Leura and no distance to walk from any of the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing... More

The Argyll is so comfy that we now come back every year during the Leura Garden Festival - wouldn't dream of missing the opportunity to stay in such a welcoming B&B. And the beds are so inviting that it's always hard to resist an afternoon nap. Cherrill, the host, couldn't be more helpful with sharing her local knowledge which enhances... More

We stayed here in November 2012 Cheryl was very helpful. The accommodation was clean perhaps just a touch dusty. The over all impression was gloomy as the lighting at night in the rooms was not adequate, the en-suite was much too small and the house was cold. The cost was $165.00 for a mid week stay and we were told... More

We stayed with friends from Scotland for an overnight and Cherill was very nice. She showed us where to go and best places to eat.The guesthouse itself could do with a new coat of paint all over but the bed linen was very clean and the breakfasts were delightful. Everything you needed was provided, even a glass of sherry. The... More

My hubby and I were booked for an ensuite room at Argyll house for two nights but were absolutely delighted to be informed that we were given a free upgrade to the Spa Ensuite. Cherril was a lovely host and she had graciously shown us where we could make our own tea and coffee (even the selection of milk!) and... More

My partner and I have just spent a fantastic weekend at the Argyll Guesthouse and we simply cannot recommend it highly enough! We had the spa suite and it was simply beautiful. The guesthouse is in a great location, only a very short walk - even in winter temperatures! - from the village. The breakfasts were absolutely HUGE and provided... More
