The best thing is the security guard when you come in to the complex forgot his name but he is in his 50-60, what a real warm welcome, right there we knew all was going to be great. We just returned from a 9 day stay at Balcones del Atlantico, our first trip to Dominican Republic. The resort staff was topnotch from the groundskeepers to the concierge.
