OMG. Disgusting. Filthy. I paid $110 per night to stay at a drop in center for all of the homeless people, junkies and alcoholics of St Kilda. Drug deals done right in front of you. Redan is close to just about everything and offers secure off street parking. The rooms are very basic ie:clean bed,shower,toilet and kitchenette. You pay for the location, not the room, ideal if traveling on a budget.
