Great value. Very helpful staff. Great location. Restaurant has great food and excellent service.. Tram stop out the front and walking distance to Acland street. Near Lunar Park and St Kilda Sea Baths. Will definitely stay there again.

Great service, comfortable bed, clean and tidy room. Has a reasonable gym setup and also a swimming pool. The location is brilliant, and easy walking distance to Ackland Street and Fitzroy Street. Definitely stay again!

This is quite a nice hotel but a bit run down. As part of my first impressions I was particularly put off by the exceptional build up of dirt on the thresholds of the lifts. This more than anything tainted my view of the hotel as a whole.

We were offered a room upgrade for a small amount when we arrived which we took. We did expect the room to be abit less corporate but it was clean and functional. No complaints from me. The hotel and conference centre is close to public transport and the nightlife of Acland street. To see the Spirit of Tasmania and RAN vessels in Port Phillip Bay is different from living inland.
